Sheetgo tells me I use an outdated version.
Can I still use it or do I need to install a new one?

However, updating is as easy as clicking the message or reloading the tab. :)
Yasin I believe you are referring to the yellow banner that appears right? All you have to do is click on it to refresh. No new installation is required.
