Hello, KlineLab, as @Karoline from Sheetgo said, we have deployed a new version of our barcode scanner that should solve the issue that was causing some mobile devices not to recognize some types of barcodes.
I would appreciate it if you can try again and give us feedback if wheater we could solve this problem for you. 🙂
