Start Destination on specific row

Greetings,

I would like to request the ability to start the sync on a specific Cell.

For instance, if I have a sheet that does not have a Header row, and I want to append the data to a sheet with a predefined Header row.

Or, if I have a sheet that already has a Column (A), to be able to start the data sync in the next Column (B)

Currently workaround would be to use vlookups or arrayformulas to fill in the specific cells, thereby referencing the imported Sheetgo tab.
