We don’t send solution updates and improvements directly the users.
And that’s on purpose.
You may have customised the solution and sending you an update would potentially break it.
However, if you want to benefit or at least check out the improvements, you are free to install the solution once again to review what has changed.
Note, there are not security risks other than your cloud spreadsheets themselves. So make sure to constantly update your web browser. ;-)
