Willian from Sheetgo Version 2.2.35d released on Sep 15, 2022. WHAT’S NEW 🎉 ✨ IMPROVEMENTS When a user request access to a workflow, the owner now receives a notification to give or deny access directly inside the app. A similar notification was also implemented to let users know they have been added to a workflow. This improvement is a part of a larger project to enhance the communication inside the product. Users can now generate and send emails to more than one address per line by adding multiple emails separated by a comma on each cell. Users can now create Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets documents directly on the file browser, with contextual options depending on the storage option and the user journey’s goal. When uploading files on forms, the app now displays a link to a preview of each file before submitting. The process of uploading files was also improved, now allowing users to also upload files directly from their device, rather than having to add them to storage beforehand. When hovering the help icon, the delay to display the dialog was too long, leading users to believe there was no dialog available. The time was now reduced to improve the user experience. The product’s response when users clicked on the trending solutions “Generate documents” and “Solutions with a barcode scanner” was unclear. This issue was fixed by automatically scrolling to the top of the filter field when selecting a solution, making it more visible to users. And more… 🐞 HOTFIXES Small adjustment on the process of creating a team, now guiding users to assign a name to it, also being able to edit it afterward. Fixed the issue that allowed non-owner users to view and restore deleted workflows. Fixed the interface issue that froze the screen when users tried to use quick tips. Small improvements on the notification component, making it work properly on low-resolution devices. Fixed the interface glitch that overlapped text and icons that occurred in some low-resolution devices. Replaced the unknown error when users tried to use a chart table as a destination, now specifying that chart tabs are not available for data input. Fixed the unknown error that was generated under certain circumstances when the user didn’t have permission to visualize the file, replacing it with the proper message. Fixed the inconsistency that did not ask for the user’s permission to access Google Drive on destination. Fixed the interface issue that improperly repositioned elements on the sidebar for low-resolution devices. Fixed the synchronization between the file’s metadata for the workflow view. Updated the shortcut icon for the Drive symbolic links to a more intuitive one. Fixed the Request access card when users do not have access to a file on the Add-on that was not being displayed. And many more… 🐛
