- If i register the invoice, can i edit it for any revisions?
Not through the form. If you already generate the doc you’ll be able to change it there.
From the spreadsheet, all the grey area is composed of formulas, so unfortunately, you won’t be able to change it, just the blank areas.
- Is it possible to link the collection status on the invoice as well?
Yes, you can add in the tab “invoices” and then just sync the form.
You’ll be able to see the collection status in the form and the spreadsheet but to include it in the template (doc/pdf) you’ll have to make some changes in the doc itself.
- Can I check the history of changes in the invoice?
We create news a doc for each row. Every time you fill out the form Sheetgo will create a new row with that info and when you run the connection the doc will be created, so, you can check the changes by clicking on the generated docs or looking in your mailbox for a specific client.
