hahaha! there’s no super secret formula (at least in this one hahaha).
Step 1: You add your column name and then [hidden] in this format, between [ ].

Once you’ve completed that step, the next task is synchronizing the form. Do you happen to recall that? If not, please, check the image below:
Click in the three vertical dots and then on “Sync Form”
