Shared workflows today simply appear on the user’s workspace. Although the application sends emails and notify the user in the notifications section, I really think Sheetgo should add more governance to this process.
The ideal flow would be to hold back these shared workflows in a proper section, allowing the user to accept or decline this invitation and only then add to his or her workspace. User should be able direct from these acceptance to choose the place (folder) for or even favorite the new workflow. It also should show the message provided by the other user about the sharing goal: why was it shared, what needs to be done etc. This message in the sharing, although not mandatory, should be highly recommended to the user that is sharing the workflow, like when we forget to attach a file to the email and then we are warned.
New workflow should have a badge to indicate that they are new, what would be in handy for users that have lots of workflows, not only for shared workflows, but also for newly created ones by the user itself.
