unable to access the control panel

Good morning,

I am unable to access the control panel of my account. After entering my login details, the browser responds with the following error message:

Something went wrong, enable pop-ups if they are blocked and please try again.

I have tried using other browsers as well, but the problem persists. I am attaching a screenshot of the error message.
