Understand that in general destination file name can be customized in Workflow setup. However, create PDFs does not allow this, nor can a destination file name be sourced from the original spreadsheet. Suggest the following.
- Make destination file names customizable to include PDFs, etc.
- Re destination file names, include an option for getting the file name from the spreadsheet, just like the email addresses column is used for the email feature.
This capabilty allows these files to be saved in a collective folder, all with unique names. In our application we are sending PDF invoices to customers for electronic payment and archiving the invocies in our invoice folder on our Google Drive.
