File Manager Role
Working with a team and don’t know who’s responsible for each file on a workflow? Thinking in situations like this, when you have a large team working in the same workflow where different people are responsible for different files we’ve created the File Manager Role. You can now assign a specific person as the Manager of a file, the image of the responsible will appear on the file icon inside the Workflow View so you can easily track and understand who is responsible for each part of the workflow.

File information sidebar
Need to quickly know who has access to a file from your workflow? Well, Sheetgo has got you covered! We’re introducing a brand new sidebar where you can easily get the relevant information from any file in your workflow, such as its location, see who has access to that file and collaboration details, and a visual preview, where you can quickly understand the data inside the spreadsheet, check which connection is linked to this file, all within your Sheetgo workflow.

New localized pricing: Indian Rupees (INR)
If you are a Sheetgo client in India, we’re introducing a new localized price in Rupees (INR)! This option of paying is already available for all new Indian customers, if you are already a Sheetgo client and want to change your subscription to be billed in Rupees please contact us at support@sheetgo.com
NEW TEMPLATE
You can now keep track of your income and expenses with our newest template. The Incomes and Expenses template lets you record invoices and purchases, and then you can track the incomes from your invoices and expenses from your purchases. You can also track indirect incomes and expenses, giving you a complete view of the money that is coming in and going out. The template will then help you consolidate these pieces of information, giving you a yearly breakdown of the data and key metrics, including month-on-month incomes/expenses and incomes/expenses across different categories.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Introduced timezone management capabilities, allowing users to customize their timezone settings within our platform. This feature ensures that workflow schedules and deadlines are accurately aligned with the user’s local time, promoting greater consistency and control over their workflows.
- Enhanced the dashboard’s PDF export functionality by fixing an issue that caused items to unnecessarily advance to the next page despite sufficient space. It also addresses a problem where table content overlaps with charts, ensuring exports are now more space-efficient and visually clear.
- Added new contextual help articles, offering comprehensive support for key features, along with several other article updates, highlights include improved guides for sharing documents and generating PDFs, plus new grouping PDFs, workflow notes, form publication, and advanced data handling strategies.
HOTFIXES
Disabled standard numeric HTML inputs as Form fields due to issues with keyboard and mouse events. These fields have inbound increments and decrement listeners on arrow keys and mouse scroll, changing the entered number to the closest integer, leading to unwanted changes on the entered value, especially when using scroll.
Fixed an issue where upgrade buttons were not working for users who have exceeded monthly transfer quotas.
Improved the radio select component to ensure that both the select button and its description are clickable. This enhancement aims to provide a more intuitive interaction for users, such as in the trial and extended trial dialogs.
Fixed the “Unknown Error” issue for users with a timezone set for Ciudad Juárez.
Fixed an issue where the “Time” field on the workflow failure notification would display as an empty value.
