New Sheetgo experience 🎉
We’re thrilled to unveil significant updates to our application UI, designed to enhance user experience and journey. Informed by user surveys, feedback, and guided interviews, these updates include the integration of presets into the UI for a cohesive look that enhances both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The main menu has been redesigned to group-related features, facilitating quicker access to frequently used tools, ensuring consistency, and making it easier to navigate workflows. The updated visual design offers a cleaner, more modern look, improving readability and user interaction.
These enhancements allow for faster navigation, reduce the time spent searching for tools, and improve productivity by minimizing workflow interruptions. The user-friendly interface makes it easier for new and occasional users to understand and use the platform. Extensive testing has ensured the system’s stability and performance have been rigorously validated, ensuring a reliable user experience.
User interface and changes
New left-side “Appbar”
Introducing a “NEW” global button: Create it all from a single context-sensitive button.
Workflow quick access: For navigation convenience, most recently accessed workflows are now displayed on a list on the left side, while on a workflow.
Highlighted resources: Resources such as Integrations, Explore, and Customer Stories now have a section of their own.
Transfer consumption: A new component for plan and usage status on the bottom left with a quick snapshot of transfer consumption and easy access to the upgrade button.
Focus on what matters: Sidebars are now collapsable enabling a clearer view to get the most value out of embedded mode.
New “Topbar”
Help, notifications, and accounts: These icons are in a new position following industry standards.
Search: Contextual search capabilities related to the active page for better user experience.
Workspace & new workflows
Sorting: A new mechanism was included to sort workflows by last access.
Starting options: Three options for starting a new workflow: blank workflow, explore integrations, and explore templates.
Start from scratch: Provides an introduction and helpful articles to ramp up adoption.
Workflow navigation and consistency
Workflow “Sidebar” dual navigation: The workflow resources are accessible anytime and are shown in the right sidebar based on availability in the workflow.
Renewed Workflow Canvas: Focused on improving the embed files experience as well as a more consistent hierarchy between workflow components such as Forms, Dashboards, and the Workflow view.
Collaboration: Temporary tabs for individual users and the ability to pin important resources as a global standard for all workflow users.
Resources: Automation, Forms, and Dashboards can now be created directly from the app bar or within the workflow.
Documentation: Notes are now a resource in the workflow and can be edited side by side with the Workflow view.
Triggers: Automation triggers also appear as a resource within the right sidebar of the workflow.
Create a new automation: Now available contextually from 3 different places on the interface offering flexibility and convenience to users.
Explore integrations
New presets: Check out our new page dedicated to automation options. Here, you’ll find over 450 different automation types to choose from. Easily browse through and use filters to quickly find the one that fits your needs. This feature lets you effortlessly apply the perfect automation with just a few clicks.
AI: This page includes a newly implemented algorithm designed to generate and display these presets efficiently, leveraging AI recommendations to ensure a smoother, faster process and overall improved user experience.
Templates and verticals
Marketplace approach: The interface has been redesigned for easier navigation by categories. Now you can quickly find templates. In the future, users will be able to submit new templates, showcasing various creators (currently, all are by Sheetgo). This makes finding and using templates more intuitive and fast.
New carousel: A dynamic resource for easy user access that facilitates the visibility of highlighted templates.
Contextual recommendation: Templates are now recommended based on user interests.
Success stories
Product gallery: Take a look to see how others are using Sheetgo. It’s an excellent opportunity to discover the capabilities of our tool seamlessly.
Improved navigation: Stories can be filtered by category so you can navigate directly to the interest area, and each story also highlights other related/similar stories.
Easy to find: Thanks to the new appearance, success stories are ever present now and can be accessed from anywhere inside Sheetgo.
