How to use the template
Log in to Sheetgo.
Go to the Templates section on the left side or use this link to directly go to the template.
Click on the CRM category, then click on Leads tracking management.
Click on Install Template.
Once you install the template the workflow should look something like this

Data Cleaning Instructions
For Leads rep #1, #2, and #3:
- Leads (Input) Tab:
- Remove all dummy data, leaving only the header columns.
Understanding the Individual Leads rep Sheet
Rename the Spreadsheet:
- Start by renaming your spreadsheet with your name.
Leads (Input) Tab:
In the “Leads (Input)” tab, you can easily record and track your sales leads for reporting to your manager. By updating the status of each lead in this tab, you ensure that your manager has up-to-date insights, helping to drive informed decisions and improve your chances of closing deals.

- The dashboard offers a visually intuitive way to analyze your leads with detailed charts and graphs. Here, you can easily view lead stages, track the number of leads per day, and access a summary table that provides an at-a-glance overview of your sales pipeline. This comprehensive visualization helps you quickly identify trends, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your sales efforts.
Understanding Leads Tracking Management (master sheet)
The Leads Tracking Management (Master Sheet) is specifically designed to consolidate data from individual sales representatives’ sheets into a central “Consolidated Sales Leads” tab. This seamless integration is powered by Sheetgo connections, ensuring that all leads data is efficiently gathered in one place. Sales managers can then view all salespersons’ lead details directly from their dashboard, enabling them to monitor performance, track progress, and make informed decisions with ease.
