Hard to say. Depends on too many factors. What is your source type? Generally, you can connect as much data as long you are not exceeding the 10 million cells size limit of a single Google Sheets
Generally, yes! Especially if you compare it to alternatives such as Importranges, Sheetgo is well better equipped to handle larger dataflows.
No. Paid plans only give you more updates per month. The features are the same.
