If you are experiencing issues with your automatic updates not being reliably executed, please perform the following steps:
- Send us an email to email@example.com, mentioning your Sheetgo user email that you’re experiencing issues with.
- We are going to revoke your permissions and let you know once done.
- Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove any instances of Sheetgo. Make sure you are logged in with the same account as mentioned in step 1.
- Log into Sheetgo and create a new test connection to reauthenticate with Sheetgo and Google
