Hello, I'm trying to create an inventory lending sheet for my department. It needs to be simple to use for various people and school sites. I have followed everything as far as steps, and when I go to see if the check out form is working, it only shows the sample data that the sheet starts with, nothing I've inputted into the inventory. Is this a data validation issue, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? Thank you!

Nicole now I am confused. Are you talking about Sheetgo forms or the check out sheet itself?

Because I am not seeing any form created yet.

I’m not sure why but everything seems to be gone/deleted. I’m going to try to see what happened. It was all there when I shared it yesterday.

Nicole what exactly went missing? The forms?

@Willian from Sheetgo only she and I have access to the workflow and apparently we both didn’t delete them. Any idea how they could have disappeared?

Support from Sheetgo We don’t have any known issues related to missing workflows, so not sure if worth an investigation as the workflow comes from a template.
