How can I see how many transfers left for me?

I am new to SheetGo and I need to send 105 emails (using a1 workflow to send personalized emails), but I have a free plan, does this mean that I will not be able to send this via 1 workflow and I need to upgrade?

Is there any dashboard or count tableau where I can see how many transfers left for me this month?

Indeed, if you need to send 105 emails, you are going to hit your free monthly usage limit.

But if you tell me more about your use case, maybe we can think of an optimisation to stay below!
