Error on loading tabs... and please retry forever (!?)

I get an error message while trying to import de Excel file:
“Error on loading file tabs, please try again later.” from an XLS file (58Kb) with only ONE tab… and I do not have access to modify the extension/file format or even modify the name of the tab.
Any suggestions?

MONOTRONIC are you using any filters or is it a simple connection?

I was in a meeting with the tech team.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support HTML formats.

Even though your file has the. XLS extension, the format (all information inside) is actually HTML, which is why Sheetgo wasn’t able to find the tab
