Return multiple cells in a single email

It would be great to be able to: return multiple rows from a spreadsheet in a single email using Smart Tags. For example:

Hi,

This is a sample email with a list containing:

1) Column A, Row 1

2) Column A, Row 2

3) Column A, Row 3

I guess this relates a bit to how you structure data to use the mail merge or even document generation. I’ve recently helped a customer to go from multi-row to single-row in their data structure to be able to use doc generation.
A couple of =QUERY() and =ARRAYFORMULA() can solve this

Please provide a solution to my sample data which is on Google Sheets. How I can set up the mail merge in Sheetgo to the below sample data?

I want to send one mail notification to A@mail.com and in the body of the mail want to show the entire information that is available with A@mail.com.

There is a toggle under “Advanced settings” in the Email section that groups emails by recipient.

The group files by recipient option are not available in Generate and Send emails based on a template in Sheetgo.

Karoline from Sheetgo I believe our new feature to group data in the generation of documents can solve his issue. Ideally, we need to improve our email generation module to also support this feature.

Based on my interpretation, it seems like he is using the “generate email” feature in which the email body message is automatically filled with the information from the spreadsheet. I don’t think he is creating a document
I asked about whether he is using a form to populate the sheet because it appears that the “group ID” on the form settings can be used.
