So, in the spreadsheets - Check in and Check out you’ll have to add new columns. Also, a great resource is to use the subquestions, for example, if the person filled Item 2 another field open and could be a dropdown menu or radio or even a text box. A good form to be based on is the one in the Purchase order with approval template
After setting up the check-in and check-out you’ll have to reorder the formula range to pick up things in the right column/spreadsheet. Here’s a good article about VLOOKUP
The last step is to change the Inventory management by adding columns and changing the formulas.
