Please follow the steps below and let me know if worked\
1) Find your developer’s tool, in Chrome find the three-dotted icon on your right, go to more tools and click on developer’s tool, or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I. A window will appear on the right side of your screen;
2) Now, on the header, you’ll see some options like Network, Console, Elements, among others you’ll find “Applications”
3) Click on “Applications” and then on “Storage”.
4) Below the “Usage” you’ll see a button “Clear site data”, please click and try to log in.
