KananAliyev Hi! I have problem on share email stage. I added an email to which I want to send spreadsheet as an attachment but for some reason it says there is an error with new connection. What could be the problem?

KananAliyev Please see the error in the attached image - the whole flow is working except send to email part. So I take Google Spreadsheet and attach it to email.
Karoline from Sheetgo Could you share your workflow with me, please? Enter our web app, click on the workflow, and then on “share settings.” Add my email karoline@sheetgo.com, and make sure you enable “members have access to all files.”
Support from Sheetgo KananAliyev yes we do which in many cases is necessary to understand and resolve an unknown error because often the underlying issue sits somewhere inside the spreadsheet. If this is a problem, can you duplicate the workflow and replace your data with dummy values thereby keeping the initial structure intact?

Support from Sheetgo If the dummy workflow works, there must be something weird with the real data, everything else equal. KananAliyev can you give us a brief summary of the data? What are we looking at? Any special encoding or other unusual things?
Karoline from Sheetgo Hi Kanan, In fact, I just checked the connections and ran the workflow again. Something on the source wasn’t right before, but the “dumb” workflow worked! Please could you check if you are receiving e-mails using your real data?

KananAliyev I received the email. But where is that workflow? I didn’t see it in my account. I want to see the details. And I still don’t receive email via my workflow.
